Since dnergy® started its mission in January 2024, GECINA's energy consumption has decreased by 12.2%(climate-corrected), with improved overall performance and thermal comfort thanks to AUTOPILOT.
Within just three months, the first deliverables confirmed substantial operational efficiency improvements.
This BREEAM Outstanding (fossil-free, CO₂-neutral) building — also certified with BBC Rénovation, HQE Excellent, and BiodiverCity labels — uses environmentally friendly forms of energy such as geothermal energy and solar panels.

PIMCO implemented AUTOPILOT to optimize their building’s performance through data-driven control and best-practice recommendations.
The site achieved an 18.4% reduction in energy consumption and a 17.1% decrease in CO₂ emissions, with return on investment realized within six months.
