What is it that you'd like all real estate professionals to know?

“The first step is to map your current situation, just to know everything about your building and whether it is ready to be empowered by such technology. So it is looking at all the available data.

There's a lot of data available already in a building. Look at it. Put it in context. Understand it. It is going to the building, looking at how, how well it is maintained to look at how it is being used. So that's mapping your current situation. Then the next step is making a plan, making sure that you take the right conclusions of out of this first phase and that you choose the right technology to go ahead and that you plan for adjusting your buildings so that those technologies can be implemented.

And then the final step. But of course, the most important one is acting. It's really adjusting your building, installing those technologies and saving energy.”
