Our technology for automated HVAC steering through model predictive control, utilizing data, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to optimize energy efficiency. It updates regulations every 15 minutes and uses 3-day weather forecasts to anticipate circumstances.
Grey-box Modeling Predictive Control:
Unlike traditional deep learning, our Grey-box models are rooted in physics, requiring less training data and exhibiting greater robustness in unseen situations. This technology creates a thermal model of the building and computes optimal control time series for energy reduction, CO2, and high thermal comfort.
dnergy Gateway:
Our proprietary industrial IoT devices are deployed locally in buildings to collect and process data. Installation is a concise, one-hour exercise performed by the client's maintenance team.
PROFILER by dnergy:
A dashboard that unifies all (historical) operational, thermal comfort, and energy consumption data, allowing direct visualization of relationships, trends, and anomalies.
Data Security:
We are in the process of acquiring ISO27001 certification and follow OWASP ASVS standards, ensuring all applications are at least Level 1 compliant. All data is hosted in European data centers, guaranteeing protection by European laws.

Compatibility & Prerequisites
dEEP requires a centralized Building Management System (BMS) or Building Operating System (BOS) with extensive thermal comfort and energy monitoring, and open standard communication capabilities. Our gateway is compatible with major BMS systems like Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and many others. We work with various communication protocols including BACnet IP, Modbus, KNW, and OPC-UA, and can integrate with IoT platforms. We are accustomed to working with all kinds of heating equipment, including heat pumps.
